Built for John Adams of Hull (later of Cleethorpes) and first registered at Grimsby in 1908. She moved to the Clyde in 1922 and was registered in Glasgow by John Cunningham of Scalpay. Her 1940 MNL entry shows her then owned by Caldwells Paper Mill, Inverkeithing, Fife.

I cannot be certain as to her builder, but the likely candidate is Cook, Welton & Gemmel Ltd who owned the shipyard at Grovehill, Beverley, between 1902 to 1963.

Nothing further known.
